Prep Cook, on call (Glass City Center Catering)
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Prep Cook at Glass City Center Catering.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets
- Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase
- Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes
- Manage food inventory when necessary
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Encourage good customer relations through product promotion
