Office Supervisor, Full-time
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Office Supervisor at our Equipment Technology Center in Warren, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact on behalf of the Department Manager
- Provide administrative support to the Department Manager, such as managing schedules, answering phone calls, and preparing the Department Manager for various meetings and calls
- Manage organization of meetings on Microsoft Outlook calendar
- Manage emails/phone calls and handle/provide message and follow-up
- Type general correspondences, memos, labels, etc.
- Make decisions and problem solve
- Handle confidential information
- Work independently or without supervision and within a team
- Communicate effectively with internal Headquarters Service Center, operations departments and field operators
- Research and manage projects and tasks as assigned
- Support team members reporting to the Department Manager
- Conduct monthly inventories and submit supply orde3rs
- Update the status of candidates in an applicant tracking system
- Participate in on-boarding new team members
- Perform other functions as necessary as assigned by the Department Manager
