Floating Dining General Manager, Full-time
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Floating Dining General Manager, Full-time. The schedule for this position fluctuates 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts and includes weekends and holidays as needed.

- Responsible for assisting a rotation of 11-15 accounts for back and front of the house operations
- Maintain a quality culinary program and process all financial reporting
- Duties also include menu development, inventory, purchasing, labor and food cost controls, maintaining sanitation standards, and personnel management to include coaching, counseling, training and developing
