AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Food & Beverage Manager, Full-time in Warren, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service in a friendly, professional manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations to effectively guide and inspire the service team.
- Oversee the daily expediting of food and beverage services, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction with food and beverage services.
- Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of clubhouse team members.
- Monitor payroll and create employee schedules to ensure efficient staffing.
- Develop and implement creative promotions to boost food and beverage sales.
- Manage the food and beverage budget to ensure financial targets are met.
