Housekeeping Supervisor, Full-time (The Surgical Hospital at Southwoods)
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Housekeeping Supervisor, Full-time at The Surgical Hospital at Southwoods.

- Responsible for coordinating Environmental Services activities for hospital setting and supervising shift staff
- Ensuring physical safety and sanitation; and maintaining and fostering positive and professional working relationships
- Implement and complete special cleaning projects
- Perform the duties of quality control, training and implementing program goals
- Accepts responsibility for a limited area, shift and/or task(s) as assigned
- Monitors assigned shift to ensure work is being completed properly and personnel are following
- Assists in the training and re-training of shift personnel as outlined by the EVS
- Motivates staff utilizing positive communication and fostering team work
- Maintains clean, neat and orderly areas in the account
- Inspects equipment daily to maintain it in a clean condition and good repair
- Reports any equipment/supply needs to the EVS Manager
- Performs quality control by utilizing inspection tools
- Ensures patient confidentiality; follows HIPAA guidelines
Job Requirements:
