The AVI Foodsystems operation with Beachwood City Schools is now hiring friendly, service-oriented people to join our team. If you have a passion for food and are looking for an opportunity that also provides a great work/life balance, we want to talk with you! This position is an on-call/call-in as needed Food Service Worker that will work when staff is needed. This is a great way to earn extra money! This position will work day-shift Monday - Friday. Come be a substitute foodservice worker for the schools. The position pays $15.00/hr
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Encourage good customer relations through product promotion and positive attitude toward clients
- Deliver food and paper goods to multiple buildings on time
- Accountable for all company products ordered from the time of loading to time of delivery
- Discard food and beverage in accordance with AVI policy
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Keep company vehicle clean and orderly, inform management of any safety concerns or vehicle problems
- Follow proper receiving procedures
- Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)
- Perform any other duties as specified by management
Job Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License (a CDL is NOT required) and a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
- Ability to be analytical and organized
