Grill Cook, Full-Time (University of Charleston)
The University of Charleston is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Grill Cook.
Primary Functions:
- Responsible for customer service, food preparation, cooking to customer’s order and cleanliness of the dining location.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cooks menu items to customer’s order
- Preparation of other food items directed by General Manager or Chef
- Maintains proper grill cooking temperatures
- Ensures proper sanitations of grill area and surrounding kitchen
- Uses proper portioning
- Answers customer questions accurately on menu items
- Restocks and cleans up grill station at end of service period
- Other duties as required and assigned
