Job Requirements of Supervisor, Full-Time, $17.50/hr!:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Foodservice supervisory experience is required
- Background inclusive of franchised quick service restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-unit capacity
- Successful team leadership experience
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of POS systems a plus

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Supervisor.

- Lead the hands on food preparation / service teams at multiple retail food locations
- Ensure excellent customer service in each retail food location
- Ensure compliance with proper sanitation and safety standards
- Take a hands-on operational approach; Must have the willingness and drive to be involved in the success of the day-to-day operations of the business
- Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to, food and physical safety programs
- Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety or security concerns)
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- Perform any other duties as specified by management
