Corporate Trainer - Bilingual

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Bilingual Corporate Trainer to contribute to the development and performance improvement of a growing organization to join our team at our Warren, Ohio headquarters. The position of Corporate Trainer with AVI Foodsystems offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to assist in creating and driving suitable training initiatives in the field. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is creative, passionate, driven and is very comfortable facilitating training at all different levels within the organization and community as well as content design/development. The position would require up to 50% travel.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Create engaging training materials including multimedia visual aids and presentations
- Deliver training presentations, including preparation, facilitation and evaluation
- Deliver, evaluate and partner in the control of the quality of in-service educational programs in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Develop job performance aids and classroom related printed text materials based on identified performance objectives
- Work with leaders to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for learning programs in the field
- Drive training technology effectiveness within the company
- Create an environment which promotes teamwork, pride and great service
- Ensure all training programs are compliant with government standards
- Assist in keeping all training materials and manuals current
- Post evaluation of courses/materials and any adjustments as required
- Related duties as assigned
