- Ability to work extra hours if needed on assignments

P&L Specialist, Full-time
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of a Full-time P&L Specialist at our Headquarters location in Warren, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly analyze and investigate documents submitted by field managers for accuracy and omissions
- Work closely with field personnel to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Verify sales from register POS reports or register tapes
- Verify deposits for accuracy
- Make sure all deposits made timely
- Data enter register reports, physical inventories and product transfers
- Audit Monthly Profit and Loss Statements for accuracy
- Participate in month-end closing process
- Maintain notes for all locations
- Assist as required on special assignments and projects
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing set goals and objectives
