Director of Catering, Full-Time (Wofford College)
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Director of Catering at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all internal and external catering events
- Hire, train, and schedule catering staff
- Actively participate in the development of existing catering staff in service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures
- Oversee ordering, receiving and billing functions
- Follow up on all catered events
- Ensure successful operations of catering functions including preparation, transportation, setup, and cleanup of all events
- Engage professionally with individuals at all levels
- Monitor care and operation of delivery vehicles
- Oversees all concession on campus for all sporting events
