Compliance Specialist, Human Resources
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an Compliance Specialist, Human Resources at our Headquarters Service Center in Warren, OH.

The responsibilities for this position include:
- Conduct compliance audits
- Maintain and apply working knowledge of compliance regulations and industry topics
- Assist in the revision of the compliance program in response to the changing needs of the organization, laws, and governmental policies
- Process pre-employment clearances and background checks
- Communicate results of pre-employment screening to applicable parties
- Assist in maintaining and updating personnel files
- Research employment laws
- Assist in transitioning new accounts
- Participate in various projects within the HR department
Job Requirements:
