Food Service Worker/Concession Attendant On-call (Gilmour Academy)

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic staff to immediately hire to fill the role of Concessions Workers at Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills, OH. This position will work evenings and weekends - Students are welcome to apply! A great way to earn extra money! This position will work as needed on-call @ $18.00/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods, and properly stores food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage
• Prepare food for service using established procedures, standards and recipes
• Set up of food to be served at concession stands
• Maintain clean, neat and orderly areas
• Complete daily duties/tasks within the scheduled work shift
• Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact and greeting guests
• Maintain a fast pace and ability to multitask when performing duties

Requirements:

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate with professionalism and respect
• Maintain a professional relationship with all team members, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives
• Customer oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills
