Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and direct the work of baristas engaged in the preparation and serving of beverages and foods
  • Participate in the development and adherence of policies and procedures that direct food and beverage preparation, distribution and service, purchasing, sanitation, safety practices, performance improvement, and staff education and development
  • Create and serve chilled and hot beverages such as coffee, cappuccinos, espresso, lattes and fruit-blended drinks
  • Maintain a level of excellence through great service with each customer you assist
  • Maintain clean, neat, and orderly cash atmosphere, counter and prep area


Job Requirements

  • Supervisory or management experience in the food service industry
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and develop others 
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous barista experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday day shift (no nights, weekends, or holidays)
  • ServSafe certification or the ability to become certified
