Job Description

  • Maintain professional and positive relationships with the clients
  • Directly manage, develop and motivate multi-unit direct reports, who in turn oversee diverse groups of campus foodservice teams
  • Ensure excellence in service and quality of products
  • Maintain accountability for financial and operational performance
  • Manage the demands of multiple groups and balance multiple priorities
  • Develop action plans and timelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned 


Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of prior experience leading, motivating and developing teams in a contract foodservice management role
  • 3+ years of multi-unit foodservice experience in a campus setting with over 1500 students 
  • Strong operations background in contract foodservice
  • Experience working in a union environment
  • Proven success managing financial statements and budgeting processes with a history of achieving or exceeding forecast expectations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Personal characteristics including:  self-motivation, passion, high energy level, and enthusiasm
  • Bachelor's degree desired, or comparable work experience
