Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving innovative marketing initiatives that support sales growth, enhance brand engagement, and elevate the guest experience. This role requires a dynamic and creative individual with a proven track record of managing successful marketing programs across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, an energetic personality, analytical insight and a proactive mindset to lead local marketing efforts and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, culinary and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals, supporting both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Manage and oversee marketing programs and campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards and effectiveness in execution.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Resident Directors, Area Marketing Managers, and internal departments. Provide strategic counsel and support for local marketing needs.
- Spearhead campus engagement strategies through dynamic events, partnerships and promotions to foster community connection and increase customer engagement.
- Oversee the development as well as create and deliver compelling content across traditional media, digital platforms and social media channels.
- Identify and implement marketing initiatives that nurture customer relationships, drive participation and achieve revenue goals.
- Develop and execute innovative promotions and campaigns tailored to diverse audience segments, with measurable impact on key performance indicators.
- Monitor, measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to on-site managers and team members on marketing best practices and promotional execution.
